Form to Request General Makeup Dates
This form is for WMA students who would like to schedule a Friday or Saturday makeup for a lesson that they missed. Please note that general makeups are for student cancelations only. If your teacher was absent for any reason, please contact the office directly to schedule a special private makeup with your own teacher.
This form is for scheduling makeups, not canceling lessons. Please alert the desk of all cancelations before filling out the form (you can reach us via text, call, and email).
When students cancel their lessons, we offer general makeup options on Fridays and Saturdays (outside the teachers' weekly schedule availability. These may take place with any WMA teachers of the relevant instrument.
General makeups have the potential to become group makeups. All group makeups are one hour long. Private makeups are the same length as the students regular lesson (typically 30 minutes).
We send makeup reminders via text a day or two before with the latest info on the makeup. It is also common to shift makeup times 30 minutes earlier or later. If this does not work for you, please let us know.
